Directions for Use
Use this undiluted version of dōTERRA Steady® Grounding Blend for your next DIY. Mix with doTERRA Hand and Body lotion and use as part of a hand massage. Diffuse in your doTERRA diffuser of choice for a grounding atmosphere. Try adding a few drops in the shower to begin your day with a natural grounding woody scent. Add 1-2 drops to your wrists, pulse points, and back of your neck and inhale throughout the day - add carrier oil for sensitive skin. Apply to bottoms of feet as part of your morning routine. Aromatic: Add 3-8 drops in your diffuser. Topical: Dilute with carrier oil to apply to skin.
